The mission of the Junior League of the Emerald Coast focuses on promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women as civic and community leaders, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The JLEC purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

We are an organization of civic-minded leaders who are representative of our diverse community and who display expertise in a number of different fields. We can provide more than just a strong volunteer base, but an impressive level of leadership and project management as well. We seek Community Partners who can work with us to make an exponential impact on the Emerald Coast.
